Located just a stone's throw away, merely 62 meters, from the Central Station, 20 meters from the bustling Corso Garibaldi and McDonald's, and 70 meters from the famous "Promenade", praised by Gabriele D’Annunzio as "the most beautiful kilometer in Italy", a place for night-time entertainment and uninterrupted nightlife. Recently set up in a distinguished Neo-Liberty building from the 1940s. It offers 5 rooms furnished in a contemporary style, equipped with all necessary amenities, each with its own private bathroom. Features Ultraspeed WiFi connection at 1000 Mb/s and latest generation Smart TVs with 32" and 43" screens.

As an experienced entrepreneur and photographer, I am deeply passionate about Magna Graecia, adventures between sea and mountains, food and wine tours, excursions to archaeological sites, and everything related to the culture of beauty. When I embarked on this new venture, I asked myself: why should customers choose me? What would I want if I were in their shoes? Cleanliness, professionalism, comfort, and accessibility! Well, I have met these requirements and strive to uphold them. We offer the chance to stay in the heart of the city, a benefit not everyone can provide. Please note that our facility may not be suitable for those with mobility issues as it is located on the second floor without an elevator. I love interacting with respectful people.

We are located in the lively heart of the city, a short distance from the Central Station (where the noise of the trains is not heard) and next to the main Police station. Despite the proximity to the station, the area is extremely safe 24/7. There's no need for a car, as everything is within a stone's throw. We are situated between Corso Garibaldi (the shopping street) and the seafront (beach resorts, beaches, bars, restaurants and nightlife). The cultural sites of interest are all within walking distance, as are the typical restaurants, pizzerias, rotisseries and supermarkets. ALL buses pass just 30 meters from us.
